Backorder Items
If you see an item listed as “Available on backorder” this means the product is currently out of stock but likely due in soon. Please contact us if you need an ETA. If you choose to backorder the item along with the other items that are in stock, your order will be held until the back ordered item arrives and will be sent together, unless otherwise arranged.
Payment Options
Your Think Eco order can be paid for using the following payment methods.
- Direct Debit – Use account 2account bank transfer. Refer invoice for bank details.
- Stripe – Use Stipe to pay securely with your Visa, Mastercard or Amex
- Afterpay – Buy now pay later. 4 interest free payments, using the Afterpay app.
Shipping Within New Zealand
Auckland Metro Area is $5.50 per order.
Rest of North Island $7.00 per order.
South Island $12.00 per order.
Orders are sent Via NZ Couriers and you can expect your order to arrive within 1 – 5 working days. You will e happy to know we DO NOT use Plastic Courier bags. Our orders are packed using recyclable cardboard or paper bags.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping worldwide. This is a non- tracked service and usually takes between 7 – 21 working days, sometimes longer. Orders sent worldwide are sent at the buyer’s risk, we will package your order the best way we can to withstand international shipping but we do not accept responsibility for any damaged or missing orders. Please enquire freight costs.
Returns and refunds
If you are not happy with your purchase, provided the goods are unopened and unused you may return them for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us before returning your item(s) to arrange the refund or exchange. Please note postage costs will not be refunded for the initial order or costs incurred returning the item to us. If the goods are faulty or were sent to you in error, we will pay for any postage costs incurred in returning the item/s back to us. Without exception, we will not accept returns on open and / or used items, unless the item is faulty.
Some people may find they have sensitivities to a substance, be it natural or chemical, therefore we always provide the complete list of ingredients supplied to us by the manufacturer on every product page. It is always a good idea to do a patch test first before trying any new products or purchase a sample product to test out if available. We are unable to accept items that have been opened and / or used.
If there are any discrepancies with your order or if you have been incorrectly delivered the wrong item(s), please contact us at sales@thinkeco.co.nz within 5 working days of your order being delivered to enquire about any necessary corrections. Please include any relevant photos with your enquiry showing the discrepancy to help us assess it. Incorrectly delivered items that are being returned for a refund or exchange need to be unused and in saleable condition.
If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us – we will our best to rectify the situation.
Privacy
We value your privacy and your details will never be shared with anybody (of course!). You are free to unsubscribe from our Mailing List at any time.
Giveaways
Unless otherwise stated, our giveaways are open to residents of New Zealand only. Winners will be notified by email where possible and also announced on our Facebook page or Instagram. We will never share your information or use it for any other reason than contacting winners.
