If you are not happy with your purchase, provided the goods are unopened and unused you may return them for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us before returning your item(s) to arrange the refund or exchange. Please note postage costs will not be refunded for the initial order or costs incurred returning the item to us. If the goods are faulty or were sent to you in error, we will pay for any postage costs incurred in returning the item/s back to us. Without exception, we will not accept returns on open and / or used items, unless the item is faulty.

Some people may find they have sensitivities to a substance, be it natural or chemical, therefore we always provide the complete list of ingredients supplied to us by the manufacturer on every product page. It is always a good idea to do a patch test first before trying any new products or purchase a sample product to test out if available. We are unable to accept items that have been opened and / or used.

If there are any discrepancies with your order or if you have been incorrectly delivered the wrong item(s), please contact us at sales@thinkeco.co.nz within 5 working days of your order being delivered to enquire about any necessary corrections. Please include any relevant photos with your enquiry showing the discrepancy to help us assess it. Incorrectly delivered items that are being returned for a refund or exchange need to be unused and in saleable condition.
